Returns
We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase from Name It With Love but there may be an occasion where you feel it is necessary to return it. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible and this does not affect your statutory rights. We always try to ensure our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control, an item can get damaged in the post. Simply contact us within 14 days of receipt to discuss with us and then return the item back to us and we will refund your postage and either replace or refund your item whichever you prefer. Personalised items do not have a money-back guarantee if you simply change your mind and are not accepted as they cannot be re-sold. Please allow 3-5 business days for any refund to process.
